Shipping policy

At Shadow’s Pet Palace, we take pride in ensuring that your pet products arrive safely and promptly. We strive to offer reliable, convenient, and efficient shipping to all our customers. Below, you will find the details of our shipping policy.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipment, we will notify you via email or phone.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: For urgent orders, we offer overnight delivery on all eligible products, with an estimated delivery within 1 business day.

Please note, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or remote locations.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International shipping is currently unavailable, but we are working to expand our services. Please check back soon!


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on our website or the carrier’s site. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


Damages or Lost Packages

Shadow’s Pet Palace is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
